We hereby inform you that according to current legislation, from September 1, 2021, all guests using accommodation services in Hungary (including children) are required to have their personal data recorded by the accommodation provider upon arrival using a document reader and entered into the accommodation management software, then transferred to a database, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
To record the data, the guest using the accommodation service must present their valid identity card, driving license, or travel document to the accommodation provider. In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider is obliged to refuse the accommodation service

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days, a 30% penalty will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within 2 days or no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Terms of payment:
- To guarantee the reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid within 8 days of booking. The deposit can be paid by bank or credit card, bank transfer, or with a SZÉP card issued in the name of the guest specified in the reservation. The reservation is considered valid only in case of a successful card transaction or receipt of the deposit by the deadline.
