Where is the BELLEVUE HOTEL located?
The Bellevue Hotel is located 5 km from downtown Esztergom in Búbánatvölgy, offering a magnificent view of the Danube.
What services are included in the room rates?
Accommodation with half-board – buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in our hotel restaurant, use of the wellness center (steam room, salt room, aroma chamber, Finnish and bio saunas, jacuzzi, adventure pool, hot water relaxation pool, children’s pool, sun loungers), outdoor pool (May 1–September 30), “Lurkó Kuckó” playroom for younger children, Xbox room for older children, towels provided, free internet access, parking, VAT.
What entertainment options does the hotel offer for children and families?
Foosball, ping-pong table, board games, kids' play area, Xbox room.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Yes.
Where can I exchange money?
In downtown Esztergom.
Is it possible to rent a bike?
Adult bicycles are available for rent from spring through fall (we do not have children’s bicycles).
Can I request a wake-up call?
After consulting with our staff, a wake-up service is available to you.
Is there a luggage storage service available?
Yes, there is a free luggage storage service available at the front desk.
What amenities are available in the rooms at the Bellevue Hotel Esztergom?
Equipped with air conditioning, a telephone, a color LCD TV, and internet access.
Are there coffee makers in the rooms?
No.
Are there kettles in the rooms?
For fire safety reasons, the use of electric kettles is not permitted.
Does the hotel have rooms designed for guests with limited mobility?
For our guests with limited mobility, we have created accessible rooms on the ground floor, located near the wellness area, restaurant, and reception desk. The bathrooms in these rooms feature a floor drain instead of a shower tray. These are twin-bed rooms with no option for an extra bed, offering views of the ornamental garden.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Smoking is prohibited throughout our hotel, including in the guest rooms. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and in designated areas outside the building.
Is it possible to request an extra bed in the rooms?
We have a limited number of rooms that can accommodate an extra bed, so please let us know if you need one when making your reservation.
Is there a safe in the room?
Yes, it's in the closet. The service is free of charge.
Under what conditions can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy stated in the confirmation.
What should I do if I have a question about my existing reservation?
Please contact us using any of our contact details, referring to the reservation number provided in your confirmation.
Why do I have to show my photo ID at the front desk upon arrival?
Effective September 1, 2021, accommodation providers in Hungary are required by law to record all guests’ personal information—as specified by law—using a document scanner or manually at the time of check-in.
Please be advised that starting September 1, 2021, you may only check in to our hotel if you have a photo ID; the only exception to this rule is for all children under the age of 14, as per Government Decree 584/2021. (X. 14.) stipulates that, from October 29 until the state of emergency is lifted, it is not mandatory to present an identification document for the recording of personal data, nor is it necessary to register the document’s identification number.
Pursuant to the decree, the accommodation provider may record the personal data required by law (Act CLVI of 2016 on State Tasks for the Development of Tourist Areas) for guests under the age of 14 based on a statement from their representative (e.g., parent, guardian). In the event that a reservation is canceled due to legal requirements (lack of identification), the cancellation terms stated in the confirmation apply.
What time can I check in, and by what time do I need to check out?
Hotel rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and we ask that you check out by 10:30 AM on the last day of your stay.
Is it possible to check in early?
Early check-in is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability, for an additional fee.
Early check-in (from 10:00 a.m. on the day of arrival) is subject to an additional fee of 12,000 HUF per room.
Can I check out later?
Please vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is available subject to room availability, by prior arrangement, and for a fee (15,000 HUF per room, until 5:00 p.m.). Please inform the front desk of any such requests. If guests fail to vacate the room by the specified time, the late checkout fee (15,000 HUF) will be automatically charged to the room bill.
What credit cards does the hotel accept?

Will my credit card be charged as soon as I arrive?
If you provided your credit card number as a guarantee, the hotel reserves the right to charge your card after the free cancellation period has expired.
Do the listed accommodation rates include tax?
- Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Our prices do NOT include the Tourist Tax (IFA), which must be paid separately on site. The rate is currently 800 HUF per person per night, as determined by the Esztergom City Council (this may vary by municipality). Guests under the age of 18 are exempt.
Is the accommodation kid-friendly?
Our hotel offers a wide range of child-friendly services and amenities. Upon request, we can provide the following items: a crib with bedding, a baby bathtub, and a high chair. We also have a children’s pool and a playroom to ensure that the little ones have a wonderful time.
Does the hotel offer meals that accommodate food allergies?
We are happy to accommodate our guests’ special requests regarding meals (special diets, vegetarian meals, food sensitivities). Please ask the hotel restaurant for assistance.
When can I have breakfast or dinner at the hotel?
Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and dinner is served in the restaurant from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Does the hotel offer à la carte dining?
À la carte lunch at our hotel restaurant: Available from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Is there a dress code at the restaurant?
Comfortable and elegant attire is recommended in the restaurant. Swimsuits and bathrobes are not permitted.
Can I use the wellness area after checking out?
On the day of departure, after checking out of their rooms, our guests can use our wellness facilities at a discounted rate of 3,500 HUF per person.
Does the hotel provide bathrobes for its guests?
We can provide bathrobes for a fee of 1,000 HUF per person per use, subject to availability.
What is the temperature of the hotel's pools?

When is the wellness center open?

What parking options does the hotel offer?
Our hotel offers free, unguarded parking with space for more than 60 cars.
Can I make a reservation in advance?
Parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Does the hotel have internet access?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel’s common areas and in the rooms.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
We welcome our guests’ small pets (dogs, cats) at our hotel for an additional fee. Pet fee: 5,500 HUF per pet per night
Please notify the front desk in advance of your arrival. For the comfort of both your pets and our guests, please bring your pet to our hotel with all necessary equipment (e.g., collar, leash, pet carrier). Since we are not familiar with your pet’s dietary habits, we are unable to provide food or dishes for them. Thank you for your understanding.
