The price does not include

The prices include VAT, but do not include the tourist tax payable from the age of 18, which amounts to HUF 500/person/night.

Further information:

The rooms can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
The room must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
We hereby inform you that in accordance with the legislation in force, after September 1, 2021, the personal data of all guests (including children) who use accommodation services in Hungary must be recorded by the accommodation provider upon arrival, via a document reader, in the accommodation management software, and then stored in a storage location. , must be forwarded to the Guest Information Closed Database (VISA).
In order to record the data, the guest using the accommodation service presents his identity card, driver's license or travel document suitable for identification to the accommodation provider. In the absence of presentation of the document, the accommodation provider is obliged to refuse the accommodation service.

Cancellation policy:

The reservation can be canceled without penalty 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 3-7 days, a penalty of 30% is payable.
Cancellation within 2 days or 100% penalty is payable in case of no-show.

Terms of payment:

Within 3 calendar days from the confirmation sent by the accommodation, a 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
Accepted means of payment: cash, bank transfer, bank card (Visa, Master, Maestro, Visa Electron)
In case of non-payment, the room reservation will be canceled automatically.
