The price does not include
- Prices include VAT but do not include the tourist tax payable from the age of 18, which is 500 HUF/person/night.
- The bathrobe preparation can be requested for 1,000 HUF per person per occasion.
Further information:
- Rooms can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- The room must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure.
- We hereby inform you that, according to the current regulations, every guest (including children) using accommodation services in Hungary after September 1, 2021, must have their personal data, as defined by law, recorded by the accommodation provider upon arrival using an ID reader, then recorded in the accommodation management software, and subsequently transmitted to a database called the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
- To record the data, the guest using the accommodation service must present their identification document, driving license, or travel document to the accommodation provider. In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider is obliged to refuse accommodation services.
Cancellation policy:
- Your reservation cannot be cancelled, but the date can be changed up to 7 days prior to arrival - according to the prices valid at the time of modification. The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Terms of payment:
- For the reservation 100% prepayment is required. You can make the prepayment by debit- or credit card or bank transfer.
The reservation will only be considered valid in case of successful debit- or credit card transaction or prepayment made via bank transfer received by the deadline
